Regency Centers is seeking a Regional Property Manager in Bethesda, MD to oversee operations, maintenance, and financial performance of an assigned portfolio. This onsite role reports to the Senior Regional Property Manager and emphasizes NOI growth and strong tenant relationships.

Responsibilities include cost control, budgeting, and leading a property management team. The role requires travel within the region and a real estate background, with a focus on grocery-anchored centers and retail

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
• Real estate license preferred
• 5+ years of commercial property management experience, to include supervisory experience
• Experience managing retail properties (e.g., grocery-anchored shopping centers, malls) required
• Property management experience overseeing a minimum of 1.5M square feet preferred
• Quantitative and analytical skills
• Knowledge of GAAP, leasing, contracts and industry-related terminology
• Tests at intermediate level proficiency with current Microsoft Office software, email and internet research functionality
• Working knowledge of building systems (roofing, HVAC, paving, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) and construction and project management
• Ability to travel regularly within the region and respond to after-hours property emergencies
• Working knowledge of JD Edwards or other accounting software preferred

Responsabilidades

• Drive portfolio performance in line with NOI objectives and budgets.
• Collaborate with regional officer on leasing plan for the year.
• Understand market conditions and tenant health within portfolios.
• Oversee physical plant and capital expenditures.
• Develop, manage, and coach property management team to hit production goals and develop succession plans.
