Job summary

Avenue5 is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations of multiple properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, lease administration, and strong financial performance.

You will lead property leadership teams, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and drive strategic marketing in collaboration with Avenue5’s corporate office.

This role requires travel, a track record in property management, and the ability to mentor and develop associates across districts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 5–10 years property management experience required.
• 3–5 years direct management experience required.
• Familiarity with HUD/loan assistance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of several properties including resident satisfaction, lease administration, and property P&L.
• Manages vendor contracts, maintenance, and monthly reporting.
• Leads recruitment, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
• Develops strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team.
