Job summary

Avenue5 is seeking a Regional Manager to lead operations across multiple properties in the United States, ensuring resident satisfaction and strong owner relationships. You will manage lease administration, collections, and marketing in collaboration with property leadership.

The role requires 5–10 years in property management and 3–5 years in direct management, with a focus on budgeting, HUD/loan knowledge, and vendor coordination. A real estate license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–10 years of property management experience.
• 3–5 years of direct management experience.
• Knowledge of P&L statements, GLs, budgeting.
• Real estate license as required by state/local law.
• HUD or loan assistance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple properties, including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rental collection, and marketing.
• Maintain property budgets, P&L statements, and reports for owners and leadership.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage performance of associates.
• Develop strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 team.
• Ensure compliance with Property Management Agreement guidelines.
