Job summary

INH Properties is seeking an Assistant Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio across Minnesota. This onsite role focuses on improving occupancy, financial performance, and resident satisfaction through leadership and strategic operations.

The position requires至少2 years in multi-site property management, a high school diploma (or higher), and a Minnesota driver's license. Yardi and MS Office skills, plus financial acumen, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in multi-site property management.
• Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
• License: Valid Minnesota Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Skills: Interpersonal and leadership abilities; Proficiency in property management software like Yardi and Microsoft Office; Financial acumen; Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of properties (1,000+ units).
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to maintain occupancy levels.
• Resolve resident concerns and personnel issues with professionalism and fairness.
