We are seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee the operations, financial performance, and staff management of multiple multi-family properties. The Regional Property Manager is responsible for ensuring strong occupancy rates, managing budgets, and maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction, while leading on-site teams and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Based in Mankato, MN, with company vehicle provided for travel to various properties.

The ideal Regional Property Manager is a strategic leader with excellent problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM

Salary: $60,000
