Job summary

Level 10 Management LLC is hiring a Property Manager to oversee several apartment communities on-site in the Twin Cities Metro. You will drive occupancy, manage finances, and coordinate leasing, maintenance, and safety programs.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor communications, resident relations, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing rules. A base schedule is Monday–Friday with potential overtime, benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience as a property manager.
• Experience with budgets/financials is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple apartment communities to meet financial goals.
• Lease leads, conduct tours, and achieve occupancy targets.
• Prepare budgets, report variances, and monitor cash flow.
• Coordinate admin tasks and ensure timely lease paperwork.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and implement retention programs.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and vendor relations.
