Job summary

Pivotal Housing Partners seeks a Regional Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple apartment communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will lead staff, ensure compliant operations, and drive financial performance from a home office with travel to properties.

Responsibilities include budgeting, lease-ups, marketing coordination, and staff development. A strong background in LIHTC programs and property management software is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site management experience, Tax Credit required.
• HS diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Some travel may be required; strong financial awareness.
• Experience with LIHTC, HOME, RD and HUD programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train and develop staff of property managers (portfolio typically 5-8 reports).
• Manage customer service with residents, associates and vendors.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor monthly financials for each community.
• Forecast requirements, schedule expenditures and analyze variances.
• Ensure program compliance and maintain LIHTC/HUD files.
• Conduct site visits across portfolio and inspect properties.
