Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site management experience, Tax Credit required.
• HS diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Some travel may be required; experience with YARDI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train and develop staff of property managers (typical portfolio staff is 5-8 direct reports).
• Manage day-to-day operations, compliance, customer service and financial performance for assigned properties.
• Create and monitor budgets, analyze variances, and drive revenue and cost controls.
