LR Management seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of Michigan apartment communities. You will drive leasing, maintenance, and resident services while supervising field staff and coordinating with owners.

The role emphasizes budgeting, performance analysis, and strategic marketing. On-site leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of managing large teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required; MBA is a plus but not required.
• 6-10 years experience in property management, multi-site or regional role with 1200+ units.
• Experience managing staff of ~20 and maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of residential apartment marketing, management, and applicable regulations.
• Strong accounting and budgeting capabilities with ability to analyze financial statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day property operations across the portfolio.
• Maximizing income and controlling costs for each property.
• Conducting monthly financial reviews and budgeting with owners.
• Designing incentive compensation programs.
• Developing and implementing marketing plans across markets.
• Performing site visits and property inspections.
• Ensuring risk management practices are followed.
• Leading staff recruitment, retention, and development.
• Managing contracts, work orders, payroll, and invoicing.
• Monitoring leasing and renewal activities and RUBS billing.
• Overseeing AR, AP, and inventory control processes.
