Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-family communities. You will collaborate with Leadership to ensure consistency, provide a single client contact, and supervise on-site teams across properties.

Key duties include budgeting, leasing goals, operations management, and periodic capital improvements. Travel to multiple properties is required to maintain performance and service levels across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site property management experience, multi-unit preferred.
• Experience with underwriting, and acquisitions is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage and develop staff within a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across portfolio with Asset Manager guidance.
• Drive leasing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and capital improvements.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to maximize engagement and reduce turnover.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with TAM Residential policies and vendor relations.
