The role emphasizes budgeting, leasing, staff development, marketing strategy, and adherence to TAM policies. A strong candidate will manage multi-site operations and travel as needed to sites within the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on-site property management experience; multi-unit experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in Entrata, OPS Technology, Meet Elise AI or other property management software.
• Experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations across multiple communities.
• Develop and manage property budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Lead leasing, customer service, maintenance, and staff development.
• Drive marketing programs and revenue growth through competitive analysis.
• Ensure adherence to TAM Residential policies and protect company assets.
• Coordinate special projects and maintain client relationships.
