Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will work closely with leadership to ensure consistent operations and serve as the primary contact for clients.

You will mentor on-site teams, drive marketing strategies, and manage budgets, forecasts, and lease administration across properties. Travel is required across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of on-site multi-family property management experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with underwriting and acquisitions.
• Experience writing and maintaining budgets.
• Proficient in Entrata, OPS Technology, Meet Elise AI or similar PM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across a portfolio of multi-family communities.
• Provide consistency in operations and act as main client contact.
• Lead, mentor, and manage on-site teams to maximize engagement and reduce turnover.
• Drive revenue through marketing insights and competitive analysis.
• Ensure budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and lease administration are accurate and timely.
• Travel to multiple properties regularly and maintain vendor relationships.
