Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners seeks a Regional Manager to lead a large portfolio of properties across MD, DC, VA, and PA. The role is hybrid with 3-4 onsite days from Baltimore or Columbia HQ, overseeing Property Managers, budgets, marketing and resident engagement.

You will drive financial performance, safety, quality of service and teamwork across sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) & TCS Certification or equivalent preferred, or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages 7-10 Property Managers and related teams to oversee day-to-day operations across the portfolio.
• Develops and monitors operating budgets and maintenance plans; coaches for financial targets and resident satisfaction.
• Oversees marketing plans and occupancy goals; analyzes financial and operational reports.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and Enterprise Residential standards across markets.
• Partners with Resident Services to offer robust community initiatives and safety programs.
