ResProp Management is seeking a seasoned property leader to oversee multifamily communities, drive revenue growth, and guide a high-performing team focused on sales and service excellence. You will manage owner relations, budget processes, and leasing strategies while ensuring top-quality resident experiences.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in multifamily operations, strong financial acumen, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 3 years in multifamily property management.
• 3 years of hiring, training, and coaching teams.
• Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&L’s.
• A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase property revenue by building a high-performing team with strengths in sales and service.
• Assess, train and develop your team on salesmanship and operational best practices.
• Build strong relationships with maintenance professionals to ensure your property presents as best in class.
• Be accessible to the needs of the community (nights and weekends if required).
• Be willing to put the team first and assisting at multiple locations when needed.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner.
• Organize and participate in daily huddles to discuss goals and team successes.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market and economic trends to implement marketing and leasing strategies.
