Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a multi-site portfolio in the Midwest. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and regulatory compliance across LIHTC and affordable housing communities.

In this role, you’ll lead on-site teams, partner with internal departments, and ensure each property operates in line with company standards, regulatory requirements, and portfolio goals. This position requires regular travel throughout the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-site property management experience.
• Section 42 LIHTC experience required; HCCP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site property operations to meet goals and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with laws and LIHTC requirements across portfolio.
• Analyze operating results and prepare monthly management reports.
• Conduct monthly site visits and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue.
