Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Real Estate, preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi and/or Real Page).
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of properties to meet operational and financial goals.
• Lead property management teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on performance, budgets, and market trends.
• Maintain tenant relations and implement retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
