Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio across a designated region, focusing on profitability, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. You will lead property management teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and monitor market trends to drive results.

The ideal candidate will be located in or near Columbus, Ohio, with 1+ year RPM experience and a Bachelor's/Master’s in Business or Real Estate.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate or related fields.
Proven leadership experience managing diverse properties.
Proficient in property management software (Yardi/Real Page) and MS Office.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations and market trends.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure portfolio and communities meet operational, financial and business performance goals.
Collaborate with community managers to optimize performance.
Lead regional support services to improve asset and team performance.
Own local and national initiatives and drive adoption of new protocols.
Oversee budgets and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
Prepare and present reports on performance and market trends.
