Greystar is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee the performance of a portfolio in the Columbus, Ohio area. The role focuses on implementing effective property management strategies, maximizing returns for owners, and guiding property management teams to deliver top results.

The ideal candidate will be located in or near Columbus, OH, with 1+ years RPM experience and a strong background in leasing, operations, and market analysis. Competitive benefits and bonus potential are provided.

Formación

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or Real Estate preferred.
• 3 years minimum of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/Real Page) and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Meet operational, financial, and business performance goals across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with CMs and regional leaders to improve asset performance.
• Lead budgeting and financial reporting to ownership and senior management.
• Drive tenant retention and marketing strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Oversee maintenance and capital planning across properties.
