Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or an associate's degree in facilities management or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of property maintenance/facilities management experience; multi-family experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of building systems, safety standards, and vendor coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect properties and perform preventative maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues efficiently.
