The Regional Property Manager (RPM) oversees the operations of multiple affordable apartment communities within an assigned portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director of Property Management, this role provides leadership, guidance, and accountability to Community Managers and site teams to ensure operational excellence and alignment with ALCO’s mission.
The Regional Property Manager combines strong affordable housing compliance knowledge with financial and operational expertise. This leader builds, motivates, and retains high‑performing teams dedicated to resident success and long‑term community sustainability.
The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 – $105,000.00 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, geographic considerations (where applicable), and internal equity.
In addition to base pay, eligible team members may participate in performance‑based incentives where applicable.
