You will lead property management teams, coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets, report metrics to ownership, and pursue occupancy goals through marketing and tenant relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred in Business, Real Estate or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience with managing diverse properties.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi and/or Real Page).
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• 3 years minimum of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance to meet operational, financial, and business goals.
• Collaborate with property teams and regional leaders to implement initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, reporting, and capital planning processes.
• Drive tenant retention and occupancy through effective leasing and marketing strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across properties.
• Report performance metrics to ownership and senior management.
