Greystar is hiring a Regional Property Manager in Austin to oversee a portfolio of communities, driving performance, occupancy, and tenant satisfaction. You will lead property management teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with leasing and maintenance to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience with diverse portfolios of properties.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi/Real Page).

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance and profitability across assigned communities.
• Collaborate with property managers and regional teams to implement strategies.
• Manage budgets, financial targets, and reporting to ownership and senior management.
• Maintain tenant relations and address concerns promptly.
• Lead leasing, marketing, maintenance, and compliance initiatives.
• Monitor occupancy and retention; drive capital planning and risk mitigation.
• Ensure properties meet regulatory standards and company quality expectations.
