Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead 3–4 Dallas-area multifamily communities, driving occupancy, renewals, and revenue while developing onsite teams. This hands-on role requires coordinating budgets, financials, and compliance across properties.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in multifamily PM, strong budgeting and analytical skills, and experience with Yardi or similar software. Travel across Dallas-area sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Regional Property Manager experience.
• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Proven success overseeing multiple communities and developing teams.
• Strong financial, budgeting, analytical, and operational skills.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between Dallas-area communities.

Regional Property Manager – Dallas, TX

Portfolio: 3–4 Dallas-area multifamily communities
Compensation: $95,000–$130,000 annually, plus up to a 20% performance bonus

The Opportunity

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of 3–4 multifamily communities within our 15-property Dallas market.

This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on developing strong teams, driving financial and operational performance, maintaining high property standards, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
