Regional Property Manager | Multifamily & Townhomes

Blayze Group is partnering with a Dallas-based real estate business to appoint an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee residential properties across Texas, including multifamily communities and townhomes.

This role will suit someone with at least 3 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager, a strong understanding of residential property operations, and the ability to lead teams across multiple locations.

Based in Dallas, you will work closely with onsite teams and senior leadership to maintain property standards, support leasing performance, and manage the day-to-day operational and financial performance of the portfolio.

The Role

You will take responsibility for property performance across multiple residential communities, providing clear direction to onsite teams and ensuring a consistent standard of service for residents.

Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing operations across a portfolio of multifamily and townhome properties
• Leading, supporting, and holding onsite property management teams accountable
