Job summary

Mason Equity Group seeks a detail‑oriented Property Manager to oversee daily operations across Central Columbus communities. Based onsite at the Easton office, you’ll support properties in the surrounding region, manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations, and drive compliance with company standards.

You will complete a 90‑day onboarding across multiple communities (Cardington, Columbus, Delaware, Marysville, Newark, and more) before finalizing your regional market assignment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Effective communication and resident-first customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with property management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for residential communities in the region.
• Direct a maintenance team to complete work orders and renovations on time and within budget.
• Manage leasing functions: marketing, showings, screening, leases, and documentation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality through inspections.
• Respond to resident inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records, budgets, and move-in/move-out documentation.
• Coordinate vendor services and approve invoices for cost-effective ops.
• Travel throughout Central Columbus region; mileage reimbursed.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.
