Mason Equity Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a reliable Property Maintenance Specialist to maintain residential and commercial properties and perform unit turnovers.

You will complete repairs, troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues, and coordinate with tenants and contractors while following safety protocols.

This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $20–$25, mileage reimbursement, a potential company vehicle after training, paid time off, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Experience with power tools and basic hand tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations across properties.
• Complete unit turnovers including painting and fixture replacements.
• Address and resolve maintenance work orders promptly.
• Safely operate power tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Communicate repair status with property management and tenants.
• Participate in rotating on-call weekends for emergencies.
