Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee operations, staff, budgeting, marketing, and leasing for a portfolio of apartment communities. The role emphasizes improving financial performance within budget, leading a team, and coordinating capital projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in property management, strong leadership, and experience with property management software such as Yardi, One-Site, or AMSI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management experience.
• Proven leadership experience.
• CAPS certification preferred.
• Property management software experience (Yardi, One-Site, AMSI).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Improve financial performance by operating within budget and maintaining standards.
• Set performance goals and lead the team to meet expectations.
• Prepare annual budgets with staff input.
• Identify variances in monthly statements for each property.
• Oversee profitability, finance direction, and unit-level audits.
• Conduct property audits and site inspections.
• Manage due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, and capital projects.
