Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee operations, budgeting, and leasing across multiple apartment communities. You will lead staff, manage financial performance, and coordinate due diligence, capital projects, and vendor relations to drive profitability.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in property management, CAPS certification preferred, and experience with Yardi/One-Site/AMSI; strong communication and organizational skills are

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience.
• Proven leadership experience.
• CAPS certification preferred.
• Property management software experience (Yardi, One-Site, AMSI, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Improve financial performance within budget while upholding company standards.
• Set performance goals and ensure team accountability.
• Prepare annual budgets using data and staff input.
• Identify variances in monthly statements for each property.
• Oversee profitability, direction, coordination, and evaluation of the communities.
• Complete property audits and site inspections.
• Manage due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, and capital improvement projects.
• Maintain professional relationships with owners, vendors, inspectors, etc.
• Train team on AMC policies, leasing responsibilities, software, etc.
