Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee operations, staffing, budgeting, marketing, and leasing across assigned communities. The role emphasizes improving financial performance, driving team accountability, and coordinating capital projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of property management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with property management software (Yardi, One-Site, AMSI) and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience.
• Proven leadership experience.
• CAPS certification preferred.
• Property management software experience (Yardi, One-Site, AMSI).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Improve financial performance within budget and company standards.
• Set performance goals and hold the team accountable.
• Prepare annual budgets with staff input.
• Identify variances in monthly statements for properties.
• Oversee profitability and financial direction of communities.
• Complete property audits and site inspections.
• Manage due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, and capital projects.
• Maintain professional relationships with owners, vendors, inspectors, etc.
• Train team on AMC policies, leasing responsibilities and software.
