Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee operations, budgeting, marketing and leasing across multiple apartment communities in the portfolio. The role focuses on improving financial performance and leading the team to meet company standards.

You will supervise budgets, staff, vendor relations and audits, coordinate acquisitions and capital projects, and ensure AMC policies and software are applied.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience.
• Proven leadership experience.
• CAPS certification preferred.
• Property management software experience (Yardi, One-Site, AMSI).
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Take initiative and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, budgeting and reporting for all properties in the portfolio.
• Improve financial performance by operating within budget and standards.
• Set performance goals and hold teams accountable.
• Prepare annual budgets with staff input.
• Identify variances in monthly statements for each property.
• Direct profitability, financial direction and evaluations of communities.
• Complete property audits and site inspections.
• Manage due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions and capital improvements.
• Maintain professional relationships with owners, vendors and inspectors.
• Train staff on AMC policies, leasing duties and software.
