Job summary

Monroe Group Ltd. seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of affordable PBS8/LIHTC communities across multiple states, including Memphis. You will mentor onsite teams, manage budgets, and drive KPI success while maintaining compliance and quality housing.

Ideal candidates have LIHTC/Section 8 experience, strong MS Office/Google Apps skills, and a passion for customer service. Expect up to 75% travel and a dynamic, growth-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years as a Regional Manager in housing/affordable housing.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD Project Based Section 8, HOME Funds.
• Proficient with onsite operations and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dynamic property management team.
• Develop and manage the property portfolio budget.
• Ensure KPI goals: occupancy, collections, compliance, and turn-times.
• Evaluate property performance via quarterly audits.
• Ensure Safe, Decent, and Sanitary housing for residents.
