Qualifications

• Minimum five years LIHTC related experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation preferred (for LIHTC)
• Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation preferred (for Section 8)
• Regional Management Professional designation (ARM, CAPS, CPM, etc.) helpful but not required
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, and legal documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Bluemoon, Yieldstart, Onsite or Yardi

Responsibilities

• Ensures property operations comply with policies, laws and regulations.
• Cover for Property Managers when absent and supervise as needed.
• Implement and manage site business plans including investment objectives and financial goals.
• Review and help prepare annual budgets for properties; suggest cost reductions.
• Maintain partnerships with vendors in line with management agreements and compliance.
• Review and audit monthly HUD/LIHTC compliance.
• Conduct quarterly comprehensive property inspections for all properties.
• Complete monthly property inspections and travel to different locations.
