Job summary

Monroe Group seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable PBS8/LIHTC communities. This role focuses on mentoring onsite teams, budget development, and ensuring high performance against KPI goals across multiple states in the Gulf region.

Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD programs, and property software is essential. The position involves up to 75% travel to sites, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Affordable Housing Apartment Operations is required.
• Strong background in Project Based Section 8/ LIHTC and related compliance.
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team.
• Develop and manage the budget.
• Ensure KPIs: occupancy, collections, compliance, turn-times, asset, and budget management.
• Evaluate property performance through quarterly auditing.
• Ensure site teams deliver safe, decent, and sanitary housing to residents.
