Jobgether partners with a client seeking a Regional Property Manager based in the United States. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties including Section 8 and LIHTC communities, lead on-site teams, and drive operational and financial performance across multiple locations.

You will build strong relationships with owners, government agencies, and housing partners, ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality resident services while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in affordable housing or property management.
• Familiarity with Section 8 and LIHTC properties.
• Strong budgeting and financial decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day regional property operations across a diverse portfolio including Section 8 and LIHTC housing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop on-site teams to improve performance.
• Manage property budgets and monitor financial performance against objectives.
