Position Overview

The Caleb Group is seeking a Regional Property Manager (RPM) to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing developments across New England. This role involves travel within the region, and candidates must be located in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, or Maine.

Responsibilities
  • Manage property operations, maximize revenue, and maintain positive resident relations.
  • Implement policies and ensure properties meet key performance indicators.
  • Report to the Director of Property Management.
Requirements
  • Travel 50-75% of the time.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing multi-family housing or supervisory experience in the field.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local policies affecting low-income housing, including Fair Housing, HUD, Low Income Tax Credits, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bonds.
  • Experience in budget management and financial oversight of affordable housing developments.
  • Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and respect cultural differences.
  • Familiarity with community organizations and programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi software.
  • Valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.

  • Salary up to $100,000, depending on experience.
