GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY

The Caleb Group is seeking a Regional Property Manager (RPM) to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing developments throughout New England. This role involves travel within the region and is open to candidates in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Maine.

The RPM is responsible for management oversight, maximizing revenue, maintaining positive resident relations, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring properties meet key performance indicators as established by The Caleb Group. The position reports to the Director of Property Management (DPM).

Requirements

• Required travel of 50% to 75%.
• Experience supervising multi-family housing or at least 5 years managing such properties.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local policies, including Fair Housing, affecting low-income and Section 8 property management.
• Experience with property budgets and managing affordable housing, including HUD, Low Income Tax Credits, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties.
• Financial management skills.
• Excellent written, oral, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage effective teams and develop strategic solutions.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Respect for cultural differences and the ability to respond appropriately in diverse settings.
• Familiarity with community organizations and services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Yardi software.
• Valid driver’s license to legally operate a motor vehicle.

Salary up to $100,000, depending on experience.
