Job Summary

Supervise Community Managers, act as the primary contact with residents and vendors, and oversee daily operations of assigned communities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in marketing plan development and implementation.
  2. Support budget preparation and management.
  3. Ensure compliance with tax-credit or set-aside apartment regulations.
  4. Review and approve payables and monitor budgets.
  5. Conduct property inspections and audits.
  6. Manage resident retention, marketing, and advertising programs.
  7. Handle eviction processes in compliance with legal requirements.
  8. Represent the owner during inspections and audits.
  9. Foster a positive environment for staff.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years related experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and regulatory information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Rent Manager Software.
  • LIHTC and Lease-Up experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
