Opportunity Highlights

• My client would describe themselves as more of a mom and pop operation. Mostly mid-rise and garden style apartments.
• I placed the VP of Operations here roughly 5 months ago, she's awesome and loving the company. She has been implementing a ton of new systems and rolling out a lucrative bonus structure.
• My client has 5,000 total units in California - this region would be Orange County/Inland Empire.
• We\'re looking for a candidate with great tenure, someone that is currently employed, and has successes turning communities - current occupancy right now is 91.5% in California and for this region.
• Properties are solid B and all have gone through renovations and present well.
• Base salary is up to 150k with a 20% bonus and travel is comped by the company with a credit card.
