We are partnering with a high-growth, privately owned organization with 75+ years of history and a strong reputation for excellence. This team is looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager with a focus on leases, fixed assets, and Oracle ERP to join their Irvine-based corporate office.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment—someone who can roll up their sleeves while also developing and mentoring a team. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with real estate, construction, and finance partners, while playing a key role in system upgrades and process improvements.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, and month/year-end close.
• Lead a small accounting team, providing coaching, development, and performance management.
• Drive accounting initiatives across leases, fixed assets, and Oracle Projects.
• Manage period-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to support audits, compliance, and process enhancements.
• Support upcoming initiatives including Oracle Projects rollout and fixed asset system conversion.

What We’re Looking For:

• CPA required with 7+ years progressive accounting experience (public/private mix strongly preferred).
• 2–5 years of people management experience; able to mentor junior staff and lead by example.
• Strong hands-on accounting skills, with expertise in leases and fixed assets.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Oracle Cloud ERP. (CoStar and Sage Fixed Assets a plus, but trainable.)
• Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills, adaptable to shifting priorities.
