Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee operations for multiple residential properties in Utah. The ideal candidate will manage leasing, finances, and ensure resident satisfaction.

This role requires a minimum of 4 years in multi-family property management along with expertise in market rate and LIHTC properties. The position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 per year plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in multi-family property management.
• Proven ability to market properties effectively.
• Working knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, leasing, and resident customer service.
• Inspect properties regularly and ensure excellent maintenance.
• Review financial reports and maintain budgets.
• Cultivate relationships with owners and partners.

Skills

Multi-family property management experience

Market rate property management

LIHTC/HUD experience

Yardi or property management software knowledge

Strong communication and customer service skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

CAM, ARM, or CCRM certification (preferred)
