Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities in Washington. You will lead on-site teams, hire and develop staff, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

You will drive leasing performance, manage budget and financial reporting, and collaborate with owners to maximize asset value while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum three consecutive years of experience in Property Management as a Multi-Site Community Manager or Area Manager overseeing 3+ properties.
• Direct experience in LIHTC and other affordable programs in Washington (preferred).
• Candidate must reside in Washington (required).
• Strong presentation skills to third-party ownership groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of assigned multifamily communities.
• Hire, train, supervise, develop, and terminate on-site personnel.
• Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures and maintain staff performance.
• Audit resident files and ensure compliance with fair housing and related regulations.
