Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead multi-site portfolio budgeting and performance. You’ll oversee community managers, ensure financial targets, and coordinate staffing and vendor contracts to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

The role requires a high school diploma with preferred college degree in business/finance and certifications such as CPM, CAPS, or CAM. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential for success in our fast-paced

• Develops annual budgets for properties in the portfolio and monitors performance against budget.

• Leads community managers through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manages staffing and vendor relationships across communities.
• Ensures client satisfaction through timely reporting and communication.
