Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Manager to lead property portfolio budgeting, performance oversight, and team leadership across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

You will analyze financials, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and ensure standards and client satisfaction through proactive reporting and vendor management. A college degree is preferred and CPM/ CAPS/ CAM certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Industry certifications (e.g. CPM, CAPS, CAM) also preferred.
• First-hand multi-site property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual budgets for properties; analyzes financials to meet goals.
• Oversees portfolio performance and develops action plans to improve results.
• Leads community managers; hires, trains, and evaluates staff.
• Manages staffing across communities and coordinates vendor services.
• Reports to clients/owners and maintains proactive communication on performance.
• Monitors market data to identify trends and drive occupancy/revenue growth.
• Ensures property appearance meets standards with regular inspections.
• Negotiates contracts and manages project-related vendors/consultants.
