Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee an entire portfolio of housing communities. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk, ensuring compliance with fair housing and LIHTC/Section 8 requirements.

Ideal candidates have affordable housing experience and proven leadership in regional roles. Travel is required; collaboration with onsite staff and corporate teams is essential to maximize NOI and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience required.
• LIHTC and/or Section 8 program knowledge.
• Experience managing multi-site portfolios.
• Strong leadership and HR-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and LIHTC requirements.
• Manage leasing, budgeting, maintenance, and risk management.
• Lead onsite staff, coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Monitor financial reports and prepare annual budgets.
