Job summary

American Concrete Products is seeking a Project Manager to oversee logistics and customer service for Engineer-to-Order products across regional jobsites. The role focuses on coordinating between plants, sales, and operations to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.

The candidate will manage ERP-based order entry, documentation, and coordination with trucking partners. Travel to multiple sites is essential to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree; Engineering preferred.
• P.E. license is a plus but not required.
• Strong MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel 60–70% to plants and jobsites.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics between operations staff and customer to ensure timely delivery.
• Bridge communication between Sales, Project Managers and Operations to meet schedules.
• Enter orders into ERP, print delivery tickets, and prepare labels and QC paperwork.
• Inspect products against release checklists and marshal resources for on-time delivery.
• Be onsite at regional facilities to oversee load plans and execute schedules.
• Manage relationships with trucking brokers to maintain service quality and budget.
• Address product quality or service gaps with staff/vendors and implement preventive procedures.
• Travel to customer jobsites for critical deliveries and inspections.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries promptly.
