Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Manager to implement, train, and audit project controls on large construction projects in Dallas. You will partner with Project Management and Regional Operations to keep projects on time and on budget, handling client-facing and internal reporting, change control, and forecasting.

The role requires extensive experience in project controls within commercial/industrial construction, strong scheduling and cost-management skills, and proficiency with P6,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project controls experience on commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyJob or similar job costing program.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar accounting software.
• Experience with HeavyBid or similar estimating software.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls on large construction projects and coordinate with PM and regional ops.
• Kickoff, tracking, and productivity monitoring; update P6 with man-load and cost-load schedules.
• Manage change orders, contract management, and forecasting; support billing.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across projects.
• Maintain risk management, cost and schedule impact tracking.
• Oversee baseline development for cost, schedule, and progress.
• Coordinate reporting workflows and ensure timely delivery of project reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction teams.
