Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Controls Manager in Cedar Rapids, IA to lead the project controls function, establish SOPs, train project managers, and ensure projects are delivered on budget and schedule.

This exempt, full-time role reports to the Regional Director Planning & Controls and requires 10 years in industrial construction, scheduling software experience, and strong cost control capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
• Experience with cost control, scheduling, and project reporting.
• Proficient with MS Office and construction accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, train, and audit project controls across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee budgeting, change orders, and forecasting to keep projects on budget.
• Lead SOP development and training for project managers and field leaders.
• Conduct regular project audits and support month-end close.
• Collaborate with PMs and regional leaders to ensure accurate reporting.
