• Deep expertise in cost engineering, scheduling, risk management, and performance analytics.
• Strong business acumen to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle, P6, Power BI, Smartsheet, Procore and emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide planning and implement project controls frameworks and KPIs.
• Oversee regional Managers and ensure consistent execution across geographies.
• Align project controls strategy with corporate goals and financial targets.
• Drive AI, ML, and predictive analytics for forecasting and insights.
• Set standards for WBS, cost control, scheduling, and reporting.
• Lead audits and performance reviews to identify improvements.
• Develop future leaders and foster accountability and innovation.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations for tool integration.
• Lead enterprise training and change management for new tools.
