Responsibilities

• Support cost management, forecasting, reporting, and overall project performance across the region.
• Work with Project Directors, Operations Managers, Project Managers, Superintendents, and leadership.
• Drive consistency in delivery standards, systems, and processes.
• Train operations teams in company systems and project management practices.
• Support GMP strategy, job cost budgets, financial reviews, and execution planning.
• Monitor KPIs and lead regional performance reviews.
