• Monitors KPIs in PM systems and supports project teams.
• Administers project management systems and budgeting processes.
• Collaborates with Project Directors and Teams on billing forecasts and change management.
• Assists with rollout of new software and process improvements.
• Ensures regional projects align with guiding principles and Way We Work.
